When asked by clients what brought Tina to wedding photography, she often says, " I didn't choose weddings, they essentially chose me." Tina's talent for photography was first affirmed by family and friends who requested that she shoot their weddings. Much to her surprise she wholly enjoyed this avenue of photography. She realised that it was the perfect medium to merge her love of fine arts photography and her documentary style approach. It proved even more appropos, as Tina's central focus in her photography is the documentation of personal and family histories. Weddings represent an integral part of each familiy's story and Tina approaches each wedding with a reverence and respect for the unique characteristics of each of the couples she works with. She relishes the opportunity to collaborate closely with her clients in the planning, photographing, editing and final presentation of images to ensure that the clients distinct needs are met.

Tina documents the day as it unfolds with spontaneity and artistry.
